Driven by a passion for building robust and future-proof embedded systems, Hector is the Founder and CEO of IEES Limited and a Senior Engineering Consultant specialising in embedded cybersecurity. With over a decade of experience in embedded product development, he focuses on integrating security from the ground up across connected and safety-critical systems. 

Hector’s expertise lies in designing architectures based on Defence in Depth (DiD), secure provisioning, and lifecycle security. He holds a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from Dublin City University (DCU), and works closely with clients to navigate complex technical and regulatory challenges, delivering resilient solutions engineered for real-world deployment. 

Gary is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at IEES Limited, bringing over 25 years of experience across the embedded electronics and semiconductor industry. He focuses on shaping commercial strategy and translating complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused value.

With a background spanning sales, supply chain, and marketing in both global and local contexts, Gary brings a well-rounded perspective to market engagement and business development. His experience is supported by an MBA from Ulster University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Management Studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
