Hector is the Founder and CEO of IEES Limited and a Senior Engineering Consultant specialising in embedded cybersecurity. Driven by a passion for building resilient, maintainable, and secure embedded systems, he brings over a decade of experience in embedded product development and connected product security.

His work focuses on integrating security from the ground up across connected, embedded, and safety-critical systems. Hector’s expertise includes secure-by-design architecture, Defence in Depth (DiD), threat modeling, secure provisioning, manufacturing and supply-chain security, lifecycle security, and regulatory compliance-readiness.

He holds a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from Dublin City University (DCU). Hector works closely with clients to navigate complex technical and regulatory challenges, helping them develop secure and resilient products engineered for real-world deployment.

Gary is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at IEES Limited, bringing over 25 years of experience across the embedded electronics and semiconductor industry. He leads IEES’s commercial strategy, market engagement, and business development, helping translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused value.

With a background spanning sales, supply chain, and marketing across international and local markets, Gary brings a practical understanding of customer needs, partner ecosystems, and the commercial realities of embedded product development.

His experience is supported by an MBA from Ulster University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Management Studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
